By accessing or using Tenetic ("App", "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our Services.

1. Who Can Use Our Services

To use Tenetic, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent.
• Be a real human (no bots or AI-generated accounts allowed).
• At this time, companies and brands cannot open an account. We may introduce paid accounts for businesses later in the year.
• Provide accurate information when signing up and keep your account secure.

We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone who does not meet these criteria.

2. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and handle your information. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, processing, and sharing of your data in accordance with our policy.

We take privacy seriously and will not share your personal information without your consent, except where required by law.

3. User Content and Responsibilities

• Your Content: Any photos, videos, text, emojis, comments, and other materials you share on Tenetic ("Content") remain yours. However, by sharing Content publicly, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your Content for promotion and improvement of our Services.
• Respect Others: Do not share harmful, illegal, or offensive Content. Violations may lead to suspension or removal.
• No Unauthorized Use: Do not share Content you do not have rights to. Infringing material will be removed.
• No Impersonation: Do not pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your identity.
• No Spam: Do not send unsolicited messages or engage in other disruptive activities.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that any Content you post is your responsibility, and Tenetic is not liable for the actions of its users.

4. Community Standards

To keep Tenetic a safe and fun environment, we prohibit:

• Hate speech, bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
• Illegal, violent, or threatening activities.
• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or sexual exploitation.
• Misinformation, deceptive practices, or misleading content.
• Intellectual property infringement, including unauthorized sharing of copyrighted materials.

Users who violate these rules may face warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

5. Reporting Violations

If you see Content that violates another person's rights or our Terms, you can report it directly through the app. We take reports seriously and will take appropriate action.

For copyright issues, we comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your content has been used without permission, submit a takedown request.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Repeatedly violate our Terms (we operate a three-strike policy before permanent bans, except in severe cases).
• Share illegal or harmful Content.
• Engage in suspicious activity that poses security risks to the platform.
• Attempt to evade bans by creating new accounts.

Accounts inactive for over two years may be deleted after notice.

You may also delete your account at any time through the settings.

7. License to Use Our Services

While using Tenetic, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• You cannot use our brand assets (logos, trademarks, names) without permission.
• Feedback you provide about Tenetic can be used by us freely without compensation.

8. Third-Party Services

Tenetic may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external platforms. Use them at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenetic and its team will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
• Loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses.
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• For users in the EU, local consumer protection laws apply.
• For users elsewhere, disputes will be governed by UK law and resolved via mandatory arbitration.
• Any legal disputes will be handled in courts located in England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If significant changes are made, we will notify you at least 2 weeks in advance. Continued use of the Services after this period means you accept the updated Terms.
